Grips
Which size grip do I need?
Two ways to check. If you already own grips, measure the pad against the table on our Grip Sizing Guide. If you don’t, measure from your wrist crease to the base of your middle finger: up to 7 cm is Medium, 7–10 cm is Large, over 10 cm is Extra Large. Small and XXL sizes are best chosen from the pad measurements rather than hand length.
How should the grip feel when I’m wearing it?
Not tight. Fuse grips are designed to transfer the hanging weight to your wrist, so leave a small amount of slack, a natural fold in the rubber just before the bar. The wrist strap then acts as the anchor and your wrist takes the load instead of your palm skin and fingers.
What are Fuse grips made from?
A three-layer construction: a natural rubber outer layer for grip on the bar, an aramid fibre core for strength without bulk, and a soft microfibre backing against the skin. They’re fingerless, with an adjustable wrist fastening.
Can I use chalk with them?
Yes. Most athletes use a little chalk on the rubber for extra bite, especially on humid days. You don’t need much.
How long will a pair last?
Grips are a wear item. How long they last depends on volume, technique, chalk and sweat. Check them before each session and replace them at the first sign of fraying, thinning, tearing or stitching failure. Continuing to use a worn grip is how hands get hurt.
How do I look after them?
Hand wash in cold water if needed and let them air dry naturally. Don’t tumble dry or leave them near direct heat.
Clothing
Is your clothing printed to order?
Yes. Our tees, hoodies and sweatshirts are printed when you order them, which keeps waste down but means they take a few extra days to make before they ship. If you order clothing alongside grips, the items may arrive separately.
How do I pick a clothing size?
Every clothing product page has its own size chart in the description. They’re unisex fits, so check the chest measurement rather than going by your usual high-street size.
Orders & delivery
Where do you ship?
UK addresses only for now. We’re looking at international shipping as we grow, so follow @fusegrips for updates.
How long does delivery take?
Grips and accessories are usually processed within 1–2 working days and standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Printed clothing adds a few days on top. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll get a dispatch email with tracking where it’s available.
How do I pay?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Prices are in GBP and include VAT.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange grips?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and unworn, with tags and packaging. Grips that show chalk residue or signs of use can’t be returned, so please check your sizing carefully before you train in them. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
What if something arrives faulty or damaged?
Email hello@fusegrips.com with your order number and a photo before sending anything back. We’ll sort a replacement or refund, including return postage.
Gift cards
How do gift cards work?
They’re delivered by email, available in £5, £10, £25 and £50, and can be spent on anything in the store. They’re valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The Fuse Effect
What’s the card in my order?
Every order includes a small message: a reminder that you matter and that you’re stronger than you think. It’s yours to keep, but most people pass it on to a friend, a training partner or a stranger who needs it. We call that the Fuse Effect. The cards aren’t for sale and have no cash value.
Gyms, clubs & teams
Do you do bulk or gym orders?
We do. Email hello@fusegrips.com with roughly what you need and we’ll come back to you.
