Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Last updated: 1 September 2026

At Fuse Grips, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy sets out when you're entitled to a refund or exchange, and how the process works. It sits alongside, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Standard returns window

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. This window runs from the date of delivery, not the date of order.

2. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Separately from our standard returns window above, if you are a consumer buying online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly (for example by email) within that period, and return the goods within a further 14 days. Where you cancel under this legal right, we will refund the product price and standard delivery charge, though we may deduct an amount for any diminished value caused by unnecessary handling.

3. What's eligible

  • Unused and unworn items, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
  • Items purchased directly from fusegrips.com. Items bought through a third-party retailer must be returned to that retailer.
  • Standard full-price and sale items, unless marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

4. What's not eligible

  • Items showing signs of wear, chalk residue, or use during training or competition.
  • Items marked as final sale, personalised, or part of a limited drop, unless faulty.
  • Pay-it-forward cards themselves, which are not a purchasable or returnable product.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, this is covered separately under your statutory rights and is not subject to the conditions above. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund, including delivery costs.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges are shipped once the returned item has been received and checked; if the replacement is unavailable, we'll offer a refund instead.

7. Who pays for return shipping

Where a return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Where an item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover return postage.

How to Return an Item

1. Before you start

Check that your item is unused, unworn, and within 14 days of delivery, with original tags and packaging. Have your order number to hand.

2. How to request a return

  • Email us at hello@fusegrips.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  • We'll confirm your return is eligible and send you a returns reference and address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the returns reference.
  • Send it back using a tracked delivery service — we recommend this in case the parcel is lost in transit.

3. What happens next

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it against the conditions above and confirm by email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of approval; exchanges are dispatched once the original item is checked in.

4. Faulty items

If your item is faulty or arrived damaged, email us at hello@fusegrips.com with photos and your order number before sending anything back — we'll arrange the quickest resolution, including a prepaid return where needed.

5. International returns

As we currently ship within the UK only, all returns should be sent from a UK address using a UK postal or courier service.
